Reservation and Cancellation Policy

- A minimum of the greater of 25 % of the total cost of stay or one night's deposit is required upon reservation (this can be done by telephone using a credit card if required)

- The bedrooms are available from 16.00 and we ask our guests to leave their rooms by 12.00 latest on the day of departure

- No reminder is sent and rooms cannot be held where a valid deposit is not received

- In the event of a cancellation the deposit will not be repaid. In the event of a cancellation less than 7 days before the date of the booking the total cost of stay is payable.

- Deposit can be returned only if room is re-let less 10 euros admin charge.

- Payment by cheque or credit card or French chèque vacances and certain qualifying chèque cadeau
