Congratulations to Laurent and Sonia who were married last Saturday and celebrated here at the chateau with 20 family and friends. The menu included a trio of home made foie gras with fig chutney, scallops with leeks and cepes (from our woods thank you Bruno), apple sorbet and calvados, normandy veal, cheese amd a beautiful traditional choux pastry dessert prepared by Le Jardin des Gourmandises in Verneuil.
